USA Beach Junior Camp Online Registration
- Fill out the following online application.
- Purchase your camp registration fee from the confirmation page.
- Print and Sign the Camp Registration Form PDF file from the confirmation page after the purchase payment is completed.
- Bring the Completed and Signed Camp Registration Form to the camp site on the first day of camp to complete your registration.

You will then continue to a confirmation page where you will be instructed to click on the following 2 links:
- Button/Link 1 "Buy Now" will open a secure payment window where you will purchase your camp fee. (Important Note: Once payment is confirmed, please do not click on the back button and authorize a transaction a second time. Your credit card would be charged a second time).
- Button/Link 2 "View/Print Registration Form PDF" will open a pdf file which you must print, sign and bring with you to the camp. The form will be automatically populated by the registration form information you have filled into the secure form below.

USA Beach Performance Camp (El Segundo, CA) – July 15 - 18
Online Registration ends midnight PST one week before the event date.
